Store Help​
All pieces will ship from Houston, Texas. I use either USPS flat-rate shipping (when applicable), or UPS/FedEx (for larger items). Everything is wrapped to keep it safe during transport, and should arrive within one week. Because shipping costs are so expensive these days, I am happy to combine shipping costs for multiple items AND to refund any over-payment in shipping fees. I'll gladly ship overseas--which, of course, takes more than one week...contact me for a quote.
As a teacher, I don't want anyone to be shy about asking questions! I invite questions from my customers, and they usually run along the lines of "Can you make this in such-and-such color?" "Can you do panda-bears?" "Can you make this print a 4" x 6" instead of an 8" x 10"?" "I love one of your sold pieces--can you recreate it for me?"
The answer is almost always a resounding, "Yes!"

Rarely is a refund necessary, but if you're not happy with your purchase, I'll gladly work to make it right. I'll either re-do the piece, fix the piece, or work with whatever the situation may be. (One customer received an empty envelope last holiday season, so I sent her a replacement item. That sort of thing happens from time to time, unfortunately.) If none of the above is applicable, I'll be happy to issue a refund through Paypal. (Note: The customer pays return shipping fees.)
Groovy Gal Designs Online respects your privacy. We will NEVER disclose your email address or other information to anyone, and we never sell our customer information to anyone. Ever. End of story. We also use a secure, Paypal checkout system for ease of mind when purchasing. Your credit information is never available to me through that system--the only info I see is your email address and your physical shipping address. I love Paypal!
